General information on data protection

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We thus treat your personal data confidentially as well as in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy. It is normally possible to use our website without providing any personal data. If personal data is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be transferred to third parties without your express consent.

We have concluded contracts with our service providers for contract data processing that contain agreements for the protection, legally compliant storage and processing of personal data. Contract data processing
We have concluded a contract with Google for contract data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities for the use of Google Analytics.

Demographic features of Google Analytics
This website uses the “demographic features” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain information on the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data stems from Google’s interest-related advertising and visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be associated with a specific person. Newsletter and news service subscription
If you would like to receive the HRblue newsletter (monthly) or our news service (HRblue Trendbook) offered on the website, we require you to provide us with an email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the provided email address as well as an indication that you agree to receive the newsletter. No other data is collected.
We use a double opt-in procedure to ensure that newsletters are sent out in a consensual manner. This entails that the potential recipient be included in a distribution list. Subsequently, the user receives the opportunity to confirm the registration in a legally compliant manner by means of a confirmation email. The address is only actively included in the distribution list after confirmation is received. We only use this data to dispatch the requested information and offers. You can at any time revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address and its use for sending the newsletter via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter, for example.

Data deletion and storage period
