This role gives the opportunity to lead the Total Rewards function in Central Europe for a complex sales and manufacturing organization and provide strategic direction, guidance and support to HR and the business in all aspects of Compensation and Benefits. You will also support the ongoing transformation into an EMEA Total Rewards CoE.Though Germany (Berlin) would be preferred, you could be located anywhere and work fully remote in the region (GSA, PL, CZ, Slov).

But what´s more, the company does lead it´s market because it anticipates future trends, and hires and develops the best people to build it.- Develop and optimize Total Rewards policies, programs and processes and provide consultation to HR and the Senior Management for Central Europe
- Work with the Senior Leadership on the structure of Total Rewards programs, with a special focus on internal equity and market competitiveness
- Advise on Compensation and Benefits structures both on regional and individual level with the objective to attract and motivate best talent
- Conduct job grading, salary benchmarking and general market analyses
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Total Rewards standards and processes
- Provide support and training on Total Rewards initiatives
- Support the annual performance review process with a special focus on Merit Review and Incentive Plans
- Provide guidance and support international assignments and global mobility
- Several years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits for DE and, ideally, other European countries
- Able to and comfortable with working on a regional level in a complex and changing international organization
- Strong influencing and communicational skills up to Senior Leadership level
- Knowledge of German tariff structures is a strong plus
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Able to prioritize well and act in a flexible and pragmatic way while still focusing on the objectives
- Master’s degree required
