You will be part of a global and fully integrated vaccine company committed to improving and saving lives through innovative vaccines. Our client has offices in Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, and the US. Your working location will be in Munich where you will have other colleagues from Global P&O and be the senior HR employee in Munich. Your stakeholders in the business will primarily be located in Germany and in Denmark.

The global P&O area is responsible for HR Operations, Rewards and HR data, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communication and ESG and consists of 17 dedicated and engaged colleagues. You will join the HR Business Partnering & Talent team.

- Act as reliable and trusted partner to the Research Management team and support their agenda for achieving business results
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives
- Coach the Research leaders to grow and develop in their leadership role
- Coach and guide leaders to create high performing teams
- Participate in Global HR initiatives
- Work with leadership teams to ensure the key people initiatives around talent, performance, rewards etc. are well imbedded into the organisation
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners across the organisation to ensure that the employee experience is aligned to the overall business goals and priorities

- Minimum 10 years of experience as strategic HR Business Partner with deep experience in how to successfully implement changes
- Excellence in influencing senior stakeholders
- Understand organisational dynamics and thrive with developing and improving P&O activities that are linked to the overall business purpose
- Passion for developing and coaching others
- Motivated by making structure in chaos and excel in planning, standardizing and executing HR processes and HR tasks
- Deliver results in a challenging environment
- Experience as HR Business Partner from a Research and Development area or experience from start up, Biotech or global company is an advantage.
