We adopt a systematic and targeted approach in our consultancy projects:  

  • Requirements analysis
    Together with you we conduct site analyses; define development requirements, objectives, avail and strategies for the intended undertaking – either for individual tasks or the transformation of the entire HR function. The foundation for an evaluation at a later stage is developed during this phase (e.g. Stakeholder Interviews, Before/After-Questionnaires for clients, Process data, HR operating figures).

  • Solution concept
    Based on the results from the requirements analysis, tailor-made concepts, whose implementation ensure the desired outcomes, are now being developed. Particular attention is paid to the alignment of strategy, organisational solution and communication. This phase concludes with the presentation of the solution concept and a proposal for implementation in order for you to make an informed decision on the implementation.

  • Implementation
    We support your implementation from A to Z. The implementation may commence with a pilot phase and / or consist of numerous roll-out waves. Throughout the process we ensure continuous improvement and learning within the organisation. With the implementation commences real change for the persons concerned.  In order to manage this change successfully we offer support through training, coaching and activities around information and communication.

  • Evaluation
    We conclude our consultancy project with an evaluation following the implementation.
